Today Blountstown Elementary School's students, faculty, and staff had a retirement celebration for Officer Bailey. This is Officer Bailey's last week at Blountstown Elementary School so we wanted to show him how much we appreciate him and how much we will miss him.  One thing Officer Bailey plans on doing during his retirement is fishing. Each grade presented him with cards, posters, and a variety of fishing supplies that he can take with him on fishing trips. Officer Bailey thank you for everything you have done for Blountstown Elementary School. Your impact cannot be measured in years or badges-it is measured in the lives you've touched and the children, faculty, and staff who feel safer because of you.  Officer Bailey you have left a lasting mark on Blountstown Elementary School, and that legacy will never fade.
