Voluntary PreK (VPK) Enrollment for 2015-2016

Go to the following website to enroll your child in VPK – www.elcnwf.org

Click on Families

Click on Voluntary Pre-Kindergarten 

Click on Enroll Your Child in VPK

Read the criteria for enrolling your child

Click on Continue

If you currently have an account with the Office of Early Learning, simply enter your username and password.

Click on Log On

If you do not have an account with the Office of Early Learning, click on I need to register for a new account

To register for an account, follow the directions on the screen. Enter your email address (as your user name) and enter a password of your choice that you can remember.  If you do not have an email account you can set one up on this screen with the links provided to Gmail, Outlook, or Yahoo.

Fill in the account information.

Click on REGISTER

Registration Step Two will provide directions. Please read the instructions on the screen. At this point a message will be sent to your email address. Once you receive the email, click on the link in the email to activate your account with the office of Early Learning.

You will then get a message saying:  Congratulations you have successfully activated your OEL account.

Click on Home Page

Once back at the Home Page, click on Continue

Here you would put in your username (email address) your password and then click on Log On

Click on Create a new VPK application and fill out the child and program information requested.

After the Early Learning Coalition reviews your request, along with the documentation they requested, they will send you an email saying whether your application has been approved or denied.

If your application is approved you will then print the VPK Certificate and take it to the VPK provider of your choice. 

To Enroll Your Child in VPK with the Calhoun County School BoardBring your VPK certificate to Special Programs Office at 20448 NW Pennington Avenue in Blountstown.  There we will have you fill out additional paperwork. If you have any questions, please call Jackie House at 674-8734 ext. 228.

  • The Early Learning Coalition of Northwest Florida office in Calhoun County is open the 2nd and 4th TUESDAY of the month from 9:00 – 4:00 at the Blountstown Public Library.
